He frequently speaks on the topics of transformational change and principle-centered leadership. Bill is an innovative pioneer in leadership and change solutions. His groundbreaking materials evolved from three decades of experience coaching leaders in business, education, and nonprofit organizations. His work with large organizations (Coca-Cola, EA SPORTS, Nike, IBM, Caterpillar, Bank of America, PulteGroup), companies in transition, and corporate mergers and acquisitions provides a solid foundation for his collaborative partnerships and creative processes for transformational change.
